Dear all,

Wesley Eddy and I finished the first version of our overview
of congestion control related efforts in the IETF. It's available
at http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-irtf-iccrg-cc-rfcs-00.txt
and there's now a link in our Wiki.

We would greatly appreciate any comments - especially as we
made this a RG item and intend to publish this as an RFC,
meaning that we also need RG consensus.
