Dear ICCRG community,

We would like to share with this community, this new website of TCP
Evaluation Suite.
http://netlab.cs.ucla.edu/tcpsuite/

TCP Researchers can download and use this tool for TCP safety study.
As discussed in the ICCRG meeting, our efforts are on study the
trade-offs of the protocols.

We would appreciate your any comments and contributions to the suite.
