[Iccrg] chicago meeting day/time

FYI, there is a preliminary schedule for the Chicago IETF meeting
available at:

The ICCRG meeting is set for 9:00 AM on Friday, July 27, with a 2.5 hour
time slot.  We will start developing an agenda closer to the meeting,
but if you'd like to present, you could start letting us know now.

Note all the caveats that it is not final and is subject to revision
until July 2, but with that said, I think there are good odds that this
particular meeting will stay at that time.
