During my presentation there was consensus for the RG to work on a "Vision 
Statement", which might become a prototype of a new congestion control 
architectural document.

If you are interested in helping, please let me know.

I plan to start the conversation about the draft on the regular RG list. 
However, if this becomes problem, I have a mail list ready to go.
