[Iccrg] SIP overload talk

Dear all,

a slightly shortened version of the SIP overload control talk is on the 
agenda for the Transport Area Open Meeting at the upcoming IETF meeting 
in Philadelphia. This meeting is on Tuesday, March 11 at 1850-1950 ET. 
Since the audio wasn't working well this morning, that might be another 
opportunity to attend the talk and it is another opportunity to provide 
comments and feedback!
