[Iccrg] Meeting in Tokyo, with Pfldnet, 20 May

Dear ICCRG'ers,

Feedback to this announcement has been disappointingly
limited, to say the least. PLEASE, if you consider attending
and want to give a talk, send your input to Wes and me NOW.

( Surely there will be some overlap between ICCRG and
  Pfldnet and participants, and the latter may still be
  waiting to see if they have a paper accepted... but, as
  these notifications for Pfldnet will be sent out soon,
  I figured that this may be a good time for a reminder.  )
