[Iccrg] MulTFRC and TFRC-SP

Hi

I have one question regarding MulTFRC. The spec says that it is based on TFRC (RFC5348). 

My question.. Can MulTFRC be used with TFCR-SP (RFC4828) ? 
Are there any special issues that muct be considered ?
