Just wondering: Is there experimental data beyond http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/80/slides/iccrg-2.pdf? For instance, data regarding benefits and risks compared to using CWV with IW10?

The IW10 draft also allows a restart-window of 10 MSS, with a MAY. This might reduce the performance "penalty" of CWV.
