Comment:

 Makefile did not properly implement target "clean" for some codecs. It was
 calling their respective Makefiles' "clean", which did not actually clean
 .a files. I had copied my working Linux copy over to FreeBSD, and this
 included a `libXXX.a` file I built on FC4.

 Added fix to Makefile.in to do "realclean" target for some codecs.
