 Hi !

 This is for my rat problems concerning crackling, xruns rtp owerflows even
 at 16-bit linear mono on windows and linux running RAT. I just wanted to
 get any debug info from any component when doing tests.

 --enable-debug on common and rat gives plenty I think.
