 We have a need for the UCL version of RAT for its compatibility with
 RealTek sound cards that are installed on motherboards.

 There is a conflict with AccessGrid where the -S option is sent with a
 "SiteID" but the current version of UCL vic doesn't handle this option.
 Would it be difficult to create a version that supports this option?  I
 wouldn't even care if it did anything with the parameter, just so long as
 it didn't fail when the option is passed.
