 This patch makes rat accept -X arguments, and pass them to the UI and
 media engine components when they are started.  The form of these
 arguments is -X arg=value.  This allows the user to set Tcl/Tk resource
 values for use in the UI and media engine.  The driving use at this time
 is to be able to control the geometry of the RAT window on startup.
