 I would like to submit a suggestion for an improvement to the media tool
 “vic”

 Currently within the vic application (video thumbnail screen), there are
 no visual indicators if more video stream exists by a Vertical Scroll bar
 or the likes.

 If scroll bars could be added to the vic application, like “rat” has,
 this would greatly improve the usability of the application.
