 Updated manpage renderer for trac-0.11:
  * Updated code so that it converted 'content' to utf-8 (following php.py
 renderer) for updated NaivePopen() call.
  * Discovered how to add the mimeviewer to trac so it was available for
 use - the old way did not work. Extras are supposed to be handled as
 Python eggs I have added it to the trac egg file for now as an quick
 solution..... Should make an egg when time available.
