[Sumover-dev] Problem: video/grabber-still.o is needed by vic

Hi,

I checked out the source of VIC-cc and common libraries from
http://frostie.cs.ucl.ac.uk/nets/mmedia/wiki/CongestionControl, and I also
installed all the required dependencies. However, when I tried to make it,
I get the following message: *@No rule to make it: video/grabber-still.o is
needed by vic, STOP.*

I checked in the video folder and couldn't find any grabber-still.cpp. It
would be really nice if anyone could point me towards a repository where I
can find the correct source.
