Hi,

I've tested the new release on FreeBSD 6.0-RELEASE. rat looks and
works fine, while vic needed a tiny patchwork:

--- main.cpp.orig       Tue Apr 18 16:53:42 2006
+++ main.cpp    Tue Apr 18 16:54:47 2006
@@ -168,7 +168,7 @@
 } cmd_usage;

 #ifndef SIGARGS
-#if defined(__SUNPRO_CC) || defined(Linux)
+#if defined(__SUNPRO_CC) || defined(Linux) || defined(__FreeBSD__)
 #define SIGARGS int arg
 #else
 #define SIGARGS ...

Also it looks like there is serious amount of warning in the vic
compilation - I can send those separately if needed.

Further, you might be interested in looking on the patches in the
FreeBSD ports tree, which are available here:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/mbone/vic/files/
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/mbone/rat/files/

Otherwise we're very happy that the MBone Tools seems to get a new
fresh wind and we would be even happier if support for FreeBSD can
be included in the primary platform set as we are running lots of
these things of FreeBSD including our AccessGrid installation.

Thanks and best wishes,
Petr
