[Sumover-tech] How to understant the Transcoder mode of RAT

Hi:
    All, I use RAT4.3 for communication in my lab. I can use it in the
unicast and multicast mode. But when I want to use it as a transcoder, I
failed.
   The command line I typed in the command line is:rat -T 192.168.0.100/5020
192.168.0.78/5030. I just couldn't start it. My operation system threw out a
dialog box.(My OS is windows XP).
   why?
   What's more, does the "Automatic Gain Control"  has any meaning for RAT
working in the trancoder mode?
