[Sumover-tech] VICh264 & Device Microsoft DV Camera and VCR

Hello,

I have tried the vic-2.8ucl1.3.1a_GPL-win32 on WinXP SP2 with a DV 
camera through IEEE1394 port. Vic detected the device as Microsoft DV 
camera and VCR, the picture quality was very clear but there appeared 
white lines on the video very frequently. Here is the captured screen,

My vic setting is 30fps, 3 Mbps, mpeg4 large. Other applications on the 
same machine, like vlc, dvts, microsoft video capture did not give the 
same problem.
