(since you cc'ed the list, I do the same, and explain, for everyone:
generally, we won't kick people out who didn't register, but if you
could send me a note saying that you'd like to attend that would be
appreciated)

Bob - regarding your previous email, would you like to give
a talk about this stuff in Manchester? It surely would be of interest
to the group

if so, give me a title and suggested length please.
