 I've been trying to get RAT to act as a transcoder but am not
 having any luck. What I've found is that when I run RAT with
 the cmd line:

   rat -T 239.255.1.1/13000 239.255.2.2/15000

 And send some audio the the first address. RAT outputs an audio
 stream back to the first address but it is all zero. There is
 no output except for RTCP on the second address. Do you know
 if the transcoding functionality still works? And is the command
 line above sensible?
