Comment:

 Unfortunately the transcoding functionality of RAT4 does not work -
 Some of the code is there but it needs more work. RAT3 does provide
 transcoding but the change from RAT3 to RAT4 was quite a large step
 and not all of the code could be migrated in RAT4.

 We'd welcome any new code for RAT4's transcoder.
