 Noticed by Piers - though not easily reproducable... Seems to be related
 to timestamps on participants database - possibly due to changes
 introduced by modified rtp_addr setup call. Something may not have been
 deleted or created in the right order.

 " I try to integrat Rat 4.3.00 on a personal tool, I'am on Windows XP SP2
 (with AMD Athlon Processor and MSI K7tTurbo Motherboard).
 I work on a single computer for testing, so i just start VIC, Rat, and WBD
 whith no connection, but when i open the  Rat Control File Window after 5
 or 10 minutes i have an assertion Failure (Look at the picture message),
 Have you got a solution for this probleme ?"
