 Version is 2.8ucl1.2.1 (form does not have that option)

 I get a crash 'Assertion failed' when changing the VIC codec to H263 from
 H261 when transmitting, and it is reproducable.

 Open VIC menu, see H261 is selected, click Transmit, open the video window
 of the transmitted source, click on the H263 codec -> crash.
