[Sumover-dev] Integration work can begin

Hi Piers,

I've already checked out the trunk line of source code.

my integration schedule would be
*  fix NTSC with BT878 for V4L
*  correct colorspace conversion in capture part
*  MPEG4 codec
*  H.264 codec
*  sofeware scaling
*  xvideo render (with hardware scaling/colorspace conversion)
*  fullscreen mode
*  Windows port
*  Mac port

After finishing vic, and then come to rat.
We will have more contact next week.
