 For all capture cards in general, vic should detect all input ports on
 capture cards.  Currently, on Windows, it detects a single S-Video and a
 single Composite port; in their absence, it defaults to the 'external-in'
 port.  This is a problem for cards with multiple S-Video or Composite
 ports (notably the Winnov Videum cards).
