[Sumover-dev] RAT: half-duplex audio devices support

Hello everybody,

in the end of the last year we have modified the RAT (SVN version from
November/December, the 4.3.01) in order to support half-duplex audio
devices -- i.e., the users are able to choose separate recording and
playback audio devices from the menu, each of them might be half-duplex
only.

All the modifications are described in the attached technical report
(including the URL where the modified code is available for download).

There are several limitations of the current implementation (all of them
are described in the attached report as well) -- we will appreciate any
feedback from you to know whether we should go through them and finalize
the implementation.
