 Attaching the OpenAL-based audio driver for RAT (work done by Audun Vaaler
 during his stay at Argonne National Laboratory). This was done in the
 context of development for MacOSX; as it relies on the cross-platform API
 OpenAL, it could be applicable on other platforms too.

 Instructions for compiling on MacOSX:

 - add "-framework OpenAL" to line 4832 of RAT's configure script to
 compile

 Clearly one would also need to select this driver instead of the platform-
 specific one.
