[Sumover-tech] question about NV , VIC, Rat and licences

Hi Marc,

The NV codec in VIC works on RTPv2 - all codecs that show up in the
encoder panel support RTPv2.

You can ignore that error.

There should be executables in the vic and rat directories - if so go
in to the vic and rat directories and start the tools like this:
./vic address/port &
./rat address/port &

Then you can play with then using their GUIs
