[Sumover-tech] Vic, rat and licensing

hello all,

i was just curious about if it is possible to use "vic " or " rat"  
sources in my own application.

I know what "NV " has a strict  " evaluation and research purposes "  
licence

What about the tools are used in " access gid " ,  are they GPled in  
any form ?

What kind of software runs on the " venue" site ? Is it just an "ip  
adress " that kinda reflect the streams or is it more a "server " ?
