[Sumover-tech] full size display for vic-2.8ucl1.3.1a_GPL-win32 on widows2000

Hi, 

I tried to click the middle of "_[]X" on the upper right corner
of the window, but never goes to full screen. 

How should I do for full screen mode for vic-2.8ucl1.3.1a_GPL-win32?
