[Sumover-tech] RAT - artifacts in sound output

It may be down to your audio hardware/driver - unfortunately not all
audio hardware has good support for full duplex audio operation. RAT
does work on wide range of audio hardware but not all (I have an
AMD8111 based integrated motherboard audio system and it has never
worked reliably).
